Astral body – Facts and Mystery of out of Body Experiences

Astral Body – Astral term derived from astral entities like sun, moon and stars. Astral body means a body that is made up of light or we can say it energy.

Keep in mind that you are not a body made up of flash, bones and blood. You are not brain made up of matter. Behind the body of flash and bones there is a body of light. Similarly, behind the brain there is a mind.

Behind the astral body there is pure consciousness which is you in real sense. Consciousness is pure energy which is beyond the birth and death.

This pure consciousness is almighty God or Lord Shiva. Hence, some schools say  there is no soul at al. In fact, soul and supreme soul are not two but one only.

 

 

You identify yourself with the body made up of matter hence, take birth and die one day. Astral body also come in existence and destroy one day. But astral body is comparatively more permanent than the physical body.

Similarly, there are two worlds – physical world and astral world. Astral world is more permanent than the physical world. Behind the astral world there is pure consciousness that makes live both the worlds.

 

 

Physical death

When you die your physical body die, but your astral body (“Sukshm Sharir”) remain as it is and when you take birth your astral body obtains a new physical body.

Who are you?

Then what is the meaning of “YOU” here. What signify “YOU” here? This “YOU” means your astral body or ( Hindi-“Sukshm Sharira”).

At the time of physical death, you travel with your astral body with your mind and your physical body left behind with your physical brain. At death your astral body separates from your physical body and you go into the ether.

You take some rest there and then start work for the next physical body. You search a new womb to take next physical body. Obtain a body that fits for you the same as lock and key and you come on the earth as a new born child and continue next journey on the earth.

It is the astral body that goes from womb to womb and grave to grave. Astral body has experiences of so many physical bodies and so many astral bodies.

This is a continuous process, no end except the liberation.

 

 

Astral death

At the time of physical death this astral body leaves the physical body and goes into the astral world. Astral world is made up of light.

Astral body has a mind, which comprises fruits of past life Karma, past life debts (debts related to money and debts related to love and hatred), past memories, desires, passions, habit formation, anger, wounds, scars,  love, emotions, etc.

Astral body has no weight. It is light like a flame which goes upward. Astral body has no impact of gravitational force; hence, it is free from time and speed. It can go anywhere in no time, it can travel anywhere anytime.

This astral body always travel with you with the support of pure consciousness. This astral body makes your “I”. The ultimate pure consciousness always remains hidden behind this “I”, until you penetrate this astral body.

When somehow you penetrate this astral body you become one with supreme pure consciousness and the pure consciousness dissolves into you or you can also say that you dissolve into the pure consciousness.

In the beginning it seems that you are dissolving into the ultimate pure consciousness but in the end you feel that the whole pure consciousness is dissolving into you.

 

Astral Body travel

Astral travel is not a new phenomena but a very old. In various parts of the world some of the tribes practice it. Some people use it for the good purposes and some for the bad intentions.

When people use it for bad intentions it is called black art which is not liked in the civilized society. However, it can be used to heal the humanity and cure old wounds. Saintly figures use it for the benefit of society.

During the astral travel a person can go anywhere anytime through the light body and come back to his physical body in no time.

During the astral travel the astral traveler remain connected to the physical body via a thin crystal chord. This chord remains attached through the navel point.

                    

Astral travel is not a easy traveling. During the astral traveling your astral body travel from one place to another place in no time. But it require a great practice under the direction of a divine guru.

Astral Projection

Astral projection means projecting your astral body anywhere anytime. However, it is not an accepted phenomenon by Science but it is accepted among the healers, and Siddhas.

If you are pure and full of divine features you can serve the humanity through astral projection. You can do the following tasks via astral projection-

• You can heal the sufferers
• You can talk the people via telepathy
• Other people can view you and also you can view others
• You can read the things written at any distant place, etc.
• You can create thoughts in the people also you can read thoughts of other people without any touch

 

Types of Bodies
